The Rights and Responsibilities section says that we have complete ownership of all the information that we disclose. As owners of our information we decide whether we want our information to be disclosed. Or information is under the intellectual property rights. Anything that we have with an ip address can be used by facebook. However, there is the option to disclose the information. You can make your information, photos and endorsements only available to certain to certain people if you choose. My profile is only available openly to my friends that I have accepted. Chase has options on how your information is used and disclosed. There are 3 choices. The first way to make sure your personal information is not disclosed is Third-party Sharing. In third party sharing, you may tell Chase what information to not to share about you with non-financial companies outside of our family of companies. Even if you do tell Chase not to share, they may do so as required or permitted by law. The second choice is affiliate sharing, where you tell us not to share the following information about you within our family of companies Choice number is Affiliate marketing. You may tell Chase to limit our family of companies, such as our credit card, and securities affiliates, from marketing their products and services to you if you do not have an account or business relationship with them. I choose the first option for my account, because i know that most times, my information is not disclosed.
